This position is referred as ‘Relationship Manager’ for the Customers. The role requires person to take over a mix of existing accounts and new sales territory. To excel in this role, you should have a compelling sales personality, hunger to chase and close new business opportunities from cold calls and inbound warm leads, farm existing customers, establish and maintain relationships with Customers.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Understand potential customer requirements and how they relate to our portfolio.
- Contacting potential Customers – IT Managers and IT Heads of Corporates, establish rapport arrange meetings and present Stellar products and services.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new business opportunities.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Developing quotes and proposals for Customers.
